Many countries in the world are
developing. But some countries they didn’t think about the environment. Environment is all of the external
factors affecting an organism. These factors may be other living organisms
(biotic factors) or nonliving variables (abiotic factors), such as temperature,
rainfall, day length, wind, and ocean currents. Some people think that environmental
protection is constraint for development. But it’s not true because there are
several reasons why environmental protection is not constrained for
development. In order to develop country but not effect to the environment,
government need to control all companies and factories, restitutions, follow
contract, create law, observers, protect environment properties, educate people
and involve with NGO.
First, government has power to
control all factories or companies. When a factory invests in one area, they
need to think about benefit and people’s living around there. The factory dose not
allows building at the city that causes air pollution and water pollution.
Owner should build it at outskirts that far away from the city. Some factories
that build in city should move to other province or far away from city. All
companies in the city or outskirt to accept responsibility about pollutions
like air pollution, water pollution and people’s health. If some factories
against the contract, they will be punished by money or take arise them.
Moreover, they must to do debate with local people before they build the
factory in there and especially, companies need find suitable solution to avoid
it like: recycling water, tree, air, and garbage’s companies. Moreover, the
factory makes job to people to do and develop street system to travel.
Second, after companies want to
invest in the area and move the people to new area. Thus they need to provide
or exchange what people need. They must to restitute for the people like: finding
new area, building houses, making water system, job, and hospital. Generally,
people live in their community, they need those entire things. If they change
them to live new area, they must be had all things that they can serve their
families. Otherwise, if they don’t have those things, they could live or live
by difficulty. So the government should think about these problems and find
solution for them. But some people that want to get restitution much more than
other people, they maybe don’t get anything for them. Government need to find
other way to do for them too.
Third, government and companies need
to follow all contracts for them what they promised. If company doesn’t
practice the contract, people have rights to complain them at the judgment to
get restitution or something that they need. On the other hand, the government shouldn’t
allow to company set up their business in our country. Then protecting
environmental properties, the government must to control the wood area which
are important such as illegal cut-down trees (big exploitation or export to
other countries) and people should not burn the wood to invade land to growth
the plants and the government should make the maintainer to protect the
environment. Especially, remains’ factories like water that stream to the
river, lake make fish and people sick or have new virus in their body. If it is
serious it could be died too. One more thing, it is effect to downstream water
under land that people can’t use it. In addition, smoke’s factories to the
atmosphere contain problem like acid rain, skin cancer, plant couldn’t growth
and destroy ozone layer.
Forth, educating people, government
should open advertising through media, board, and newspapers in order to
introduce them to know what is advantage and disadvantage of environmental protection.
Environment needs people to protect it. The government has representative to
educate people at the area about advantage of environmental protection makes
people to get a good health like: how to protect trees, cut and replant more
trees, don’t burn the trees to take land to growth, keep or burn their garbage
(don’t through it to anywhere and clean around their houses), and take care
their health (drink, eat and live are fresh). So people are more careful to
protect environment and connect their lives with environment and make
businessmen’s attraction to invest in our country. Then involve with NGO means
the government need to involve with NGO to protect and solve the problem and
NGO is an organization that observes all activities’ police officer or
businessman to invest our country what they done. Thus they obey the
contraction what they contracted with government or people and NGO always live
and study directly with environment and they know what environment need. They
can train people that live in the area to use and invent something that cannot
effect environment in their lives. Especially, they can make these area to
popular place of resort (we can call nonsmoking industry) and attract many
people to visit there to get fresh-air or relax from their work. So people have
job to do and they understand and join to protect our environment.
To sum up, environmental protection
is not constraint for development because one country can be developed by policy
of government to give businessman that invests in our country. Government needs
to control everything’s factories or companies and especially, must to create
law for the factory or company which doesn’t follow the contraction. They must
give people to work with and salary supports them. To develop and forward one
country and doesn’t effect to environment unless government stand for his
policy strongly and supported by people too. On the other hand, the factory or
company needs to control all leftover to transform other things that are less
poison and sometime they can trim to anything for using. They must make
freshwater system for them or people around there. Government should reduce the
firewood to use charcoal that cannot effect the environment and NGO is
important characteristic to observe and develop environment and people should
understand about advantage and disadvantage of environmental protection
clearly. So, environmental protection doesn’t make problems for developing
country.
